About the Program
The Pratham Partner Program is a structured referral program that rewards partners for introducing businesses to the Pratham cloud-based point-of-sale and business management platform. Partners earn recurring monthly commissions for the duration of their assigned tier period, plus a one-time activation bonus for each new client who activates a paid subscription.
The Program is open to Australian residents and Australian-registered businesses including accountants, bookkeepers, IT consultants, business advisors, industry associations, and technology resellers. Individuals and companies may apply.
Partner Tiers
Partners are assigned a tier based on their stated experience and client capacity. Pratham may review tier assignments based on performance.

How Earnings Are Calculated
Your total commission consists of four components:
Base Rate
A percentage of the client's monthly subscription fee, applied for the full tier duration.
Duration Component
Commission is paid every month for the duration period (12, 24, or 36+ months) as long as the client remains active.
Activation Bonus
A one-time cash bonus paid when each new client activates a paid subscription.
Performance Accelerators
5+ clients/quarter: +5% · 10+ clients/quarter: +10% · 20+ clients/quarter: +20% — added to your base rate.
Deal-Size Multiplier
Applied to the base commission rate based on the client's monthly plan value:

Payout Details
Monthly Payments
Commissions are calculated and paid monthly in arrears via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to your nominated Australian bank account.
RCTI (GST Registered)
If you are GST-registered, Pratham issues a Recipient Created Tax Invoice (RCTI) each month and pays GST on top of your commission.
Minimum Threshold
A minimum payout of A$50 applies. Amounts below this threshold accumulate and are paid in the following month.
Australian Bank Accounts
All payouts are made to Australian bank accounts via EFT. Ensure your BSB and account number are accurate in your application.

Complete the Application
Fill in your contact details, business information, bank account, and sign the Partner Agreement online.
Application Review
Pratham's partner team reviews your application within 2–3 business days.
Receive Your Welcome Pack
Once approved, you'll receive your Partner Welcome Pack with portal access, referral links, and marketing materials.
Start Referring & Earning
Submit leads through your partner portal. Commission starts accruing from the day a referred client activates their first paid subscription.
